Delivery & Returns

We dispatch from Baboushkini HQ, in the UK and offer standard shipping with Royal Mail's tracked 48h service (free on orders above £100) and a next day delivery option with both Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD next day. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day, excluding monogrammed items for which we ask for 1-3 days lead time.

We accept notification of returns and exchanges on all unworn, used or damaged products within 10 days of purchase delivery. Items returned to us within 14 days are eligible for a full refund. Products purchased during sales are considered final and are not eligible for refund. Baboushkini is not currently able to cover or refund return shipping costs, or provide shipping labels.
