Where do we ship from and how?
We dispatch from Baboushkini HQ in the UK, using entirely recyclable paper mailing bags. We offer next day delivery in the UK using Royal Mail and DPD, and express services for Europe and the USA using DHL.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver within the UK, to Europe, the USA, UAE, Qatar, and soon, Australia.
What are our shipping rates?
Your rate will be calculated on checkout based on the weight of your order but is most likely to be around £4-£8 for UK orders (standard Royal Mail & DPD), $25 for USA orders and £45 for the EU (DHL). UK orders over £100, US orders over $200 and EU orders over €350 qualify for free delivery!
Taxes and Duties?
Orders to the EU will be delivered with duties and taxes pre-paid. Taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout and applied to your order - no hidden fees on delivery.
Customers ordering to the USA should note that all orders with a value of under $800 will be delivered duty free under the de minimus exemption. (updated 8/8/25).
Orders to other parts of the world may be liable for tax and duty payments on delivery.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We accept notification of returns and exchanges on all unworn, used or damaged products within 10 days of purchase delivery. Items returned to us within 14 days are eligible for a refund*, after that point we will accept notified returns in exchange for a Baboushkini credit note*. Outside of this window, all sales are considered final. Products purchased during sales are considered final and are not eligible for refund. Baboushkini does not cover or refund return shipping costs, or provide shipping labels, unless items are being returned for exchange within the UK.
*please note that a re-stocking fee of up to 5% may be applied to occasion pieces, and and under certain circumstances, in order to be accepted for return*

We know all too well how difficult it can be to get the sizing right when it comes to babies and children, we're very happy to speak to you about sizing before you place an order. Please email us at hello@baboushkini.com with your child's age and measurements, and the item(s) you are interested in!
Please note we cannot accept any returns on monogrammed products.
