Delivery and Returns

Where do we ship from and how?

We deliver from Baboushkini HQ in London, England with both Evri and Royal Mail's tracked parcel service. We use UPS and Fedex to ship to the USA.


Where do we deliver?


We deliver within the UK, to Europe and the USA, although please note that any orders arriving outside of the UK may be subject to duties and taxes that you as the customer will be liable to pay.


What are our shipping rates?

Your rate will be calculated on checkout based on the weight of your order but is most likely to be around £2-4 for UK orders. All UK orders over £100 and US orders over $200 qualify for free delivery!


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept notification of returns and exchanges on all unworn, used or damaged products within 10 days of purchase delivery. Items returned to us within 14 days are eligible for a full refund, after that point we will accept notified returns in exchange for a Baboushkini credit note. Outside of this window, all sales are considered final. Products purchased during sales are considered final and are not eligible for refund. Unfortunately Baboushkini is not currently able to cover or refund return shipping costs, or provide shipping labels. We will however cover the shipping costs of sending out an exchanged size.

We know all too well how difficult it can be to get the sizing right when it comes to babies and children, we're very happy to speak to you about sizing before you place an order. Please email us at hello@baboushkini.com with your child's age and measurements, and the item(s) you are interested in! 

Please note we cannot accept any returns on monogrammed products.
