Sabbiolina Children's Friulane Shoe

The art of craftsmanship is essential to the footwear Collection by Papusse, made by skilled artisans following a century old fine tradition. Each individual shoe is crafted by hand according to a unique process: the quintessential uppers design is cut from velvet, bonded to cotton twill and piped with tonal ribbon. It is then sewn to the insole and the ultra-light rubber sole is applied by hand with the signature "strega" (stitching). This stitching makes up the quintessential aesthetic of these shoes, so called "friulane". All the raw materials are sourced from Italy, including the rubber sole where you see engraved the "Made in Italy" script.
